About the Author

mm

I'm a believer in the power of poetry, circles and stories, as well as a writer, a teacher, a retreat coordinator and the creator of Yoga Freedom. My home base for the past five years has been Lake Atitlán where I live, breathe and stretch with my husband, daughter, dog and cat. I've been teaching yoga since 2002 and regularly lead yoga retreats in Guatemala.
